Website www.strukturnifondovi.hr and mobile application EUFunds are owned by the Ministry of Regional Development and European Union Funds, Miramarska 22, 10 000 Zagreb. The Ministry of Regional Development and the European Union Funds in performing its activity collects, processes and uses personal user data obtained by the use of the <a href=\"https:\/\/arhiva.strukturnifondovi.hr\">www.strukturnifondovi.hr<\/a> website. The purpose of data collection is to inform the users of the current EU funding possibilities, analyse the use and solve website problems, as well as improve the site. The data will be used for these purposes only. By accessing the website www.strukturnifondovi.hr, as well as using EUFunds mobile application, you acknowledge that you have read and given consent to the Terms of Use and Privacy Statement and that you have given your explicit consent to the use of personal data for the mentioned purpose. Newsletter sadr\u017ei vijesti iz svijeta EU fondova, kao i najzanimljivije otvorene natje\u010daje te natje\u010daje u najavi. Korisnik mo\u017ee u svakom trenutku zatra\u017eiti brisanje svoje adrese tako da po\u0161alje zahtjev za brisanje na <a href=\"mailto:fondovi@mrrfeu.hr\">fondovi@mrrfeu.hr<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Internetska stranica strukturnih fondova sadr\u017ei sustav objave nabava za neobveznike Zakona o javnoj nabavi, putem kojeg korisnici pokre\u0107u postupak nabave unutar EU projekta. Korisnik sustava nabave mo\u017ee biti svaki korisnik EU fondova koji je u postupku provedbe projekta te koji zatra\u017ei pristup unosu nabava. Pristup se mo\u017ee zatra\u017eiti ispunjavaju\u0107i obrazac na poveznici <a href=\"https:\/\/arhiva.strukturnifondovi.hr\/nabave\/login\/\">https:\/\/arhiva.strukturnifondovi.hr\/nabave\/login\/<\/a> te unose\u0107i korisni\u010dko ime i lozinku na istoj poveznici. Podaci koji se spremaju su: Naziv tvrtke, OIB tvrtke, Fizi\u010dka osoba za kontakt, Kontakt telefon, Korisni\u010dko ime i adresa elektroni\u010dke po\u0161te. Registracijom u sustav nabave korisnici izri\u010dito pristaju da njihovi podaci postanu vidljivi svakom posjetitelju internetske stranice <a href=\"https:\/\/arhiva.strukturnifondovi.hr\">strukturnifondovi.hr<\/a>, a isklju\u010divo u svrhu objavljivanja nabava u sklopu projekata. Korisnik u svakom trenutku mo\u017ee izmijeniti podatke u profilu ili izbrisati profil tako da po\u0161alje zahtjev na <a href=\"mailto:fondovi@mrrfeu.hr\">fondovi@mrrfeu.hr<\/a>. Uno\u0161enje nabava na stranici <a href=\"https:\/\/arhiva.strukturnifondovi.hr\">www.strukturnifondovi.hr<\/a> isklju\u010diva je odgovornost korisnika.
