The subject of procurement is equipment for the establishment of a mobile plant for the production of ready-mixed concrete.
The subject of procurement is not divided into groups. The tenderer is obliged to submit a tender that includes the total subject of procurement as defined in the technical specifications.
All equipment for the establishment of a mobile concrete plant must be new.
The mobile plant for the production of ready-mixed concrete must have a capacity for the delivery of fresh concrete of at least 90 m3 / h.
The general condition is that the subject of procurement - a mobile plant for the production of ready-mixed concrete is complete with all necessary devices and equipment, and components for full operation without the need for additional procurement of any parts or devices to make the mobile plant work and operational. Procurement involves a „turnkey system“.
The construction frame of the plant must be made of steel adapted for quick assembly and quick disassembly for the purpose of mobility, so that it can be moved to several locations as needed by the construction site - construction site concrete plant. The main unit should have dimensions and weight to be able to shipp with a single tow truck.
Detailed requirements related to the mobile plant for the production of ready-mixed concrete are defined in the technical specifications (point 2.2 of the Invitation to tender).
